Rajasthan Barytes Ltd.

We are located at Rbl House on Gaurav Path in Udaipur. Our building is quite close to the R K Circle, which is a major landmark around here. Working in Udaipur is nice because of the surroundings, though we spend most of our time inside the office at Rajasthan Barytes Ltd. We deal with minerals, specifically barytes, so the talk in the office is usually about mining and shipments. Gaurav Path is a decent road, but it can get pretty busy during the tourist season. Our office is fairly simple. We have some samples of the rocks we work with sitting on the shelves. It’s a grounded space, but we don't go overboard with decorations. We focus more on the logistics of moving minerals from the mines to wherever they need to go. It involves a lot of phone calls and checking on truck movements. Sometimes the paperwork for the mining rights or the transport permits gets a bit overwhelming, but we just tackle it piece by piece. The team is a mix of older folks who have been in the industry for decades and some younger people handling the computers. We usually have some tea in the afternoon and talk about the local news. It’s a steady, regular kind of life here. We just do our part in the mineral business and try to keep things running smoothly without making a big fuss about it.
