Mumal Marble

You can find Mumal Marble over in Kharol Colony, which is in the Fatehpura area near Sevamandir. This neighborhood has a mix of everything, and we’ve been a part of it for quite a while. Our yard isn't the biggest you'll see, but we pack a lot of stone into the space. We spend most of the day moving things around to make room for new arrivals. The stone comes in on trucks, and we have to find a perfect spot for every single piece. It’s like a big puzzle that never really ends. Because the ground in the colony is often uneven, we have to be careful when we are stacking the slabs. We don't have a lot of fancy equipment and rely on a few machines and manual labor. Most of the guys here are used to the weight and the constant dust. We often talk about the different quarries and which ones are producing the best blocks this season. In the evenings, the colony gets a bit quieter, and we spend time cleaning up the tools. It’s a straightforward way to make a living for all of us. We don't have a marketing team or anyone to write fancy stories. We just show up, handle the marble, and go home when the sun finally goes down. It’s honest work that keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday every week.
