Mona Marble

Down here on National Highway No. 1, things never really stop moving. Mona Marble is right in the middle of the Sukhed Marble Industrial Area, which is a loud and busy place to be. We are located near Amar Jyoti Granite, so if you miss our sign, you can usually find us by looking for them. Being in an industrial area means there is always noise from the cutters and the big cranes moving slabs around. It’s not the cleanest place to work, but it’s where the real business happens. We spend most of our time out in the yard or in the small office area. Dealing with stone on the highway means we see a lot of different people passing through. We don't have any polished sales pitches or fancy brochures to give out. We just show people what we have in stock and tell them the price. The weather out here can be tough, especially with the wind blowing dust off the highway, but we’re used to it by now. It’s a very hands-on job. You have to be okay with getting your hands dirty if you’re working here. We just focus on the stone and making sure the trucks are loaded properly before they head back out onto the NH 1. It’s a basic, hardworking setup for anyone who needs stone.
