Madhusudan Marbles Pvt. Ltd. sits right on the Nh. -8 Sukher Main Road. This area is famous for stone, so we are surrounded by many other yards and shops. It makes for a very busy environment. We’ve been operating from this Sukher location for years. The main road is always buzzing with activity, and our yard is usually full of slabs waiting to be sent out. We have a small team of workers who help with the loading. It’s physical work and can get tiring when the heat is up. Our office is just a plain room where we keep the books and take calls. We don’t go in for big displays or bright lights. The stone speaks for itself when people walk through the rows. Sometimes we have to move twenty slabs just to get to the one a customer wants to see at the back. It's just part of the daily grind. We get a lot of dust from the road and the cutting machines, so everything has a thin layer of white on it. We drink tea with the truck drivers while they wait for their paperwork to be finished. It’s a local way of doing things, and we don’t try to make it seem like something it isn't. We just focus on the marble and getting through the day's tasks without any complicated talk or fancy corporate attitudes.
