Krishna Marble

You can find Krishna Marble out in the Sukher Industrial Area. We are at H-187-189, right behind R.P.S.L. on N.H. 8. Being near the highway is handy for the trucks. It’s a very industrial part of town, so there is always white marble dust in the air and the sound of machines cutting stone. It’s not a quiet place to work, but it’s where the work happens. We have a pretty large space to keep the slabs and blocks. We spend our days checking the stone and helping people who drive out here to see the material. It gets really hot in the summer months, but we have some shade in the back. We aren't much for fancy marketing. We just show what we have in stock. The business has been running from this spot for quite a while. We know most of the other yard owners around here. Sometimes we share tools or help each other out when a truck gets stuck. It's a tough job, working with heavy stone every day, but we are used to it. The office is just a small room near the gate where we keep the ledger and the phone. We don't spend much time inside unless it's raining or we're doing the accounts. It’s a basic setup, but it’s what we need to get the marble out to the customers. We’ve been here since the beginning.
