Komal Marbles

Our place is tucked away in the Sukher Industrial Area. It’s right behind Hilltop Marble, which is the big landmark people usually look for around here. If you are standing opposite the Bank of Baroda, you are pretty much there. We have been working out of this spot for a good bit now. The yard is full of different marble blocks and slabs we’ve brought in. It’s not always the neatest place, but it works for what we do. We spend a lot of time just moving things around with the crane to make sure people can see the different grains and colors. Some days the weather is rough and it makes the outdoor work a bit harder, but we stay open regardless. People from around the area know us as the small shop located behind the bigger ones. We don't spend money on big signs or fancy lights. Most of our day is spent talking to contractors or homeowners who just want to see the stone in person. You get a lot of noise from the other shops nearby since it is an industrial zone. We just focus on our own piles of stone and getting orders out. It’s a basic setup where you can walk around and see what is actually available today. Nothing fancy, just a lot of heavy lifting and keeping track of the inventory we have sitting in the back. It is how we have always done things.
