We work out of Flat No. E-1/4 in Kasliwal Vihar, which is located in the Pratapnagar area. Kiyaan Pharmaceuticals Private Limited isn't in a big industrial park or a high-rise. It’s more of a quiet, residential-feeling spot that we use for our operations. Because it’s a flat, it feels a bit more like a home than a stiff office. We have turned the main rooms into workspaces with tables and plenty of storage for our pharmaceutical documents and samples. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze when we get a lot of inventory in, but we have a system that works. The neighborhood is nice and has a lot of trees, which makes the walk into work pleasant. We handle everything from here, including the billing and the logistics for the medicines we deal with. Sometimes the doorbell rings and it's just a neighbor, but usually, it's a delivery person. We don't have a big sign outside, just a small one near the door. The kitchen area is where we take our breaks and talk about the day. It’s a low-key environment without any corporate pressure. We focus on getting the details right and making sure our records are clean. The floors are tiled and easy to sweep, which is good because we are always moving things around. It's a simple, honest way to run a pharmaceutical business, and we like the local feel of being in Pratapnagar.
