Bhansali Pharma

Bhansali Pharma is on the first floor of building 106 in Bapu Bazar. Being on the first floor means people have to walk up the stairs to find us, so it’s not as busy as the ground floor shops. Bapu Bazar is a huge market, and there’s always something happening downstairs. Up here, it’s a bit more about storage and boxes. We deal with a lot of pharmaceutical supplies. The space is filled with stacks of cartons and shelves that go up to the ceiling. It’s not really a place where you come to browse. People usually come in with a specific order or to pick up supplies. We spend a lot of our time on the phone with suppliers or writing down orders in our ledgers. The lighting is okay, but it feels like a warehouse in some corners. We don’t have any fancy decorations on the walls. It’s just a place of work. The windows look out over the busy market street below, which is usually full of shoppers and rickshaws. We’ve been in Bapu Bazar for a good while, and we know most of the other shopkeepers around. It’s a steady business, even if it’s a bit tucked away. We just keep our heads down and manage the stock as it comes in and goes out. It's a very practical, no-nonsense kind of place. We mostly focus on getting the inventory right and making sure we don't run out of the items our customers need.
