Kartik Construction Consultant

We are based out of Udaipole 303, which is where Kartik Construction Consultant operates. The office is tucked away in a building that has seen a lot of years. We spend our days looking at plans and talking to people about their building projects. It’s a lot of sitting at desks and looking at drawings. Sometimes we have to go out to sites, but most of the time we are here. The walls are covered with different maps and sketches we’ve worked on. It isn't a place for show; it’s a place for working. We have a small table where we have our tea and talk about what needs to get done next. Udaipole is a busy area, so there’s always something happening outside the window. We’ve got a few old computers and a printer that makes a lot of noise. It’s just how it is. We don't try to be anything we aren't. We just provide advice and help people figure out their construction needs. Most of our clients come by word of mouth. They find their way to 303 and we sit down and talk. It’s a simple process. No fancy brochures or polished presentations. Just honest talk about how to get things built. We've been in this spot for a while and we know the layout of the city pretty well. It's a bit of a climb up the stairs but we don't mind the exercise every morning.
