Joshi Rasgulla Bhandar

We are located in Hiran Magri Sector 4, specifically at house number 498. Joshi Rasgulla Bhandar is what we call the place, and as the name says, we focus a lot on rasgullas. This is a residential sector, so we know a lot of the families who live on this street and the ones nearby. It is not like a shop in a big mall; it is more of a local neighborhood spot. We spend a lot of time in the back working on the sugar syrup and getting the milk solids ready. It is a long process to get them soft, and sometimes they do not turn out perfect, but we try our best every day. The shop is small and simple. We do not have a lot of chairs, so most people just buy what they want and take it home to eat with their families. During the holidays, things get a bit crazy and we are working late into the night. Sector 4 is a nice area, usually pretty quiet compared to the main city center, which I like. I have lived around here for a long time, so I have seen the kids grow up and now they bring their own kids to get a sweet. It is just a small family thing we have going on here. We do not do much marketing or anything, just keep the door open and wait for the neighbors to come by and say hello.
