Heena Marbles

We are located at 19 Sukher, right on the Nh-8, but we are actually tucked away behind the Lodha Filling Station. It can be a bit tricky to find us if you are driving too fast on the main highway. Most people just see the petrol pump and keep going. We have been back here for a good while now. It is a bit quieter than being right on the edge of the main road, which is nice when you are trying to talk to someone about their flooring. The dust is still a major problem, though. You can’t escape that in Sukher no matter where you hide. We spend a lot of time moving slabs around with the trolley. It is heavy stuff and you have to be really careful not to chip the edges or crack the stone. We carry a mix of things, mostly what is available from the nearby quarries. Nothing too fancy, just the regular stuff people use for their homes. My brother and I usually handle everything ourselves. We don’t have a big team or anything like that. It is just us and a couple of guys who help with the heavy lifting when a truck arrives. We usually have our lunch right here in the small room we built in the corner of the yard. It gets really hot in the summer, but that is just part of the job. We don’t have much of a story, we just sell marble and try to stay busy.
