Hari Om Engineering Work Shoop

Over at the Kota Ston Choraya in Jhanjhar, you can find the Hari Om Engineering Work Shoop. The "Choraya" or crossroads is always a noisy place with plenty of trucks and motorcycles passing by. We stay busy with all sorts of engineering and repair work. Our shop is full of lathes, drills, and bits of scrap metal that we might need later. It is a place where things get fixed. Whether it is a part for a stone cutter or a piece of a tractor, we try to figure out how to make it work again. The floor is usually covered in metal shavings and we have to sweep it out every evening. We misspelled "Workshop" on our old boards but everyone knows who we are anyway. We do not mind the heat much anymore, we just keep the water pot full. It is a practical kind of place. We talk to the truck drivers who stop at the crossroads and sometimes they have jobs for us to do. We don't have a big corporate structure, it is just me and a couple of helpers. We work until the job is done, even if it gets dark. The lights in the shop are bright enough to see what we are doing. It is good, honest work in Jhanjhar.
