Harbhajan Marbles

Harbhajan Marbles is out in the Bhamashah Industrial Area in Kaladwas. We are at Riico Plot No. 229. It is a big plot but we have managed to fill it up with marble over the years. The area is full of other stone yards and factories, so it is a very busy place to work. Our day usually starts early when the first trucks arrive. We spend a lot of time operating the machinery to cut and move the marble slabs. It is a job that keeps you on your feet all day long. The air is often filled with the sound of saws and the smell of wet stone. We don't have much of a front office. Most of the business happens right there on the shop floor or in the yard. We show people the marble we have and we talk about the price. There is no pressure and no fancy talk. We just tell it like it is. If a slab has a crack or a weird mark, we point it out. We have been in Kaladwas for a long time and we know how things work here. It is a tough business but we are used to it. We just keep our heads down and do the work that needs doing. It is a simple life and we are happy enough with how things are going. We just try to get the marble loaded and out the gate on time every day so the customers can stay on their schedule.
