Godha Marble Industries

You can find Godha Marble Industries right on National Highway No- 8. We’re specifically on Sukher Road, directly opposite the 200 Feet Road. Being on the highway means we get a lot of trucks coming through at all hours. It’s a noisy spot but very convenient for moving the big loads of marble we deal with. We’ve got a large area here because the slabs take up so much room. It’s mostly outdoor storage, so the stone sits there under the sun and rain. We don't worry about it because marble is tough. Most of our days are spent talking to people who pull over because they saw the signs from the highway. We’ve got a small office at the front where we keep the papers, but mostly we are out in the yard. It’s a lot of walking back and forth. The dust from the road is constant, but you get used to it. We keep things pretty simple. If we have the color you want, we tell you. If we don’t, we see when the next truck is coming. It’s an honest way to make a living. The 200 Feet Road across from us is always busy, so there’s never a dull moment. We just keep working through the orders as they come in.
