Gajraj Marble & Tiles

Our shop is located on the Sukher Bedla Link Road, just off the NH-8. It is a busy little spot because we handle both marble and tiles, so there is always something being loaded or unloaded. Tiles are a bit more fragile than the big marble blocks, so we have to spend a lot of time stacking them carefully in the back of the warehouse. We get people coming in from all over the local area looking to finish their bathrooms or kitchens. Most of the time, I am just wearing my old work boots and helping move crates around. It is a lot of physical work and the dust gets everywhere, even in the tea cups. We have been at this location for a few years and we know most of the guys who drive the delivery trucks. We don't have a polished showroom with fancy lights, just the stacks of stone and tile so you can see exactly what you are getting. Sometimes the stock runs low on certain colors and we have to wait for the next shipment, which can be frustrating, but that is just part of the trade. On rainy days, the link road gets a bit muddy and things slow down, but usually, we are on our feet from morning until the sun goes down. We just keep it simple and focus on the daily tasks we have in front of us without any fuss.
