We are located out in the Riico Industrial Area in Sukher, specifically at H-186-138. It is a bit different from the city markets because it’s much more spread out here. Gainwell Commosales is more of a warehouse and office setup. We have a lot of space, which is good because we deal with some pretty big items that take up room. The industrial area can be quite dusty and dry, especially during the summer months in Rajasthan when it is very hot. We have a small team here working in the office and a few guys out back handling the heavy lifting and loading. Most of our work involves coordinating between different places and making sure the supplies are moving on time. It is not a place where many walk-in customers come; it’s mostly scheduled pickups and deliveries. The rhythm here is different from a retail shop. We start early when it is still a bit cool outside. There is a lot of paperwork to deal with, and we spend plenty of time on the phone talking to drivers. It is a practical environment, focused on logistics and getting things where they need to go. We don't have anything fancy in the way of decor. It is all very functional, with metal desks and big storage racks. We just try to keep things organized so we don't lose track of anything important. It’s a lot of responsibility, but we just take it one day at a time.
