Cotton & Craft

We started Cotton & Craft right here at 412, Hathipole Pannadhay Marg, just across from the Urban Bank. It’s a busy area and we spend most of our days surrounded by piles of fabric and different materials. There isn't much to say other than we just do what we know. Most of the time it’s just about getting the work done and making sure things look right before they go out. People walk in from the street and sometimes they just want to see how we make things. The shop isn't huge but it fits everything we need. We've been in this spot for a while now and the neighbors know us. It’s noisy outside with the traffic but inside it’s just the sound of work. Sometimes we struggle with the heat during the afternoons but that’s just how it is here. My brother helps out when things get busy and we usually just drink tea while figuring out the next order. We don't have a big fancy office or anything like that. It’s just a workshop where we keep our tools and the cotton we use. We try to keep things simple and not overcomplicate what we do. If you pass by the bank you’ll see our door. It’s a bit messy inside sometimes because we are always in the middle of a project. That’s just life at Cotton & Craft. We like being part of the local market here.
