Chocolate

Operating a shop like Chocolate in the middle of Sindhi Bazar is always an interesting experience. We are located at 308-A, which is right in the thick of all the market chaos and noise. On some days, the heat outside is really something else, and we have to be very careful with the stock so nothing ends up melting or losing its shape. The shop itself is quite small, but we try to keep things organized as much as possible. It gets crowded on weekends when people are out doing their regular shopping and decide to stop by for something sweet. We see the same faces every week, mostly local families from the neighborhood who have been coming here for a long time. It is not a quiet place by any means, with all the shouting from the street vendors and the bikes zooming past the front door. We spend a lot of time just restocking the shelves and making sure the displays look decent enough for the customers walking in. Sometimes the power goes out in the bazar, and we have to scramble to keep everything cool. It is hard work running a local business like this, and we don't really have time for anything fancy. We just open up early, deal with the deliveries, and stay until the market starts to shut down for the night. It is just a simple shop in a busy place.
