Balaji Engineering Works

Our workshop, Balaji Engineering Works, is situated right at the New Eklingpura Chauraha. Being on the main highway means we see a lot of vehicles passing by all day and night. It is a busy junction. We have got our machinery set up here to handle various engineering tasks. The noise from the highway is constant, but you get used to it after a week. It is mostly just grease, metal, and hard work around here. We do not have a fancy showroom. If you come by, you will probably see us in our work clothes dealing with some equipment. The space is large enough for the bigger machines we use. We keep the doors open most of the time to let the air circulate. It gets dusty being so close to the road, but that is part of the job. We have a small group of guys who have been with us for years. We do not really do much advertising. People see the sign on the highway and stop in if they need something fixed or made. We try to be practical about everything. There is no point in making things more complicated than they need to be. We just take the jobs as they come in. Some days we are working late to finish a project, especially if a customer is waiting. It is an honest living and we are happy to be located right where we are.
