Baid Agro Industries

You’ll find Baid Agro Industries at Shyam Plaza, number 15 in Hazareshwar Colony, right on Hospital Road. It’s a busy area with a lot of movement because of the hospital nearby. Our office is on one of the floors of the plaza. It’s a basic setup with some desks, a few computers, and a lot of samples from the fields. We aren't the kind of company that has a polished image. Our walls have a few scuffs, and the carpets are a bit worn from all the feet walking over them every day. We spend our time coordinating with different agricultural groups and making sure the industries side of things is running smoothly. It’s a lot of coordination and phone calls. Sometimes we’re here late when there’s a lot of harvest coming in. We don't have a script for how we talk to people. We just say what needs to be said and try to be helpful. The plaza can get a bit noisy with the traffic on Hospital Road, but we don't mind it. It feels like we are in the heart of things. We aren't a massive corporation with a board of directors. It’s just a few of us who know the agro business and want to keep things moving. We don't use big words to describe our work. We just show up every morning, drink some tea, and get to it. It’s a practical way to run a business.
