Our office is in Ankur Complex, which is right in Sector 4 of Hiran Magri. If you know the Narayan Seva Sansthan, we are just opposite that. It’s a pretty easy place to find. We are a cooperative society, so we deal with a lot of local people who come in to put a bit of money aside or ask about how the accounts work. It gets quite crowded on some mornings, especially when it’s the start of the month. We have a few desks and some big ledgers, though we use the computer for most things now. It's a local thing, so we know most of the people who walk through the door by their first names. We talk about the weather or the local news while we count out cash or fill out forms. Sometimes the paperwork gets a bit much, but that’s just how it goes with money stuff. We’ve been at 11 Hiran Magri for a good while. The stairs up to the complex can be a bit steep if you aren't used to them. We just try to keep things organized so nobody gets frustrated with their savings. It’s not a big bank with glass walls, just a regular office where we drink a lot of chai and keep the books straight for everyone in the neighborhood. We focus on the daily tasks and making sure every entry is correct before we head home for the evening.
