Amrit Marbles

Amrit Marbles is sitting right on the 100 Ft Road at the Bhuwana Bypass. We are quite close to the Savitri Bai Phule Chatrawas. It’s a busy spot in Bhuwana with a lot of new construction going on all around us. You can see our yard from the main road. We keep a lot of marble slabs out in the open. I’ve been working here for years and the area has changed so much, but our work stays the same. We spend the day moving stones and talking to folks who stop their cars to take a look. We don't have a glossy catalog. If you want to see what we have, you just walk around the yard and look. Sometimes the rain makes the marble look different, so we usually have a bucket of water handy to show the real grain. It’s a simple way of doing things. My brother and I run the place mostly. We don’t use any high-tech systems, just our eyes and a tape measure. It’s a lot of physical work, especially when the sun is high. We don't try to sound like a big corporation because we aren't one. We are just a local business in Bhuwana trying to make a living. People know they can just walk in and talk to us without any fuss. It’s a straightforward way to run a shop. We just sell stone and stay busy.
