Amrit Marble

We are right here in Bhuwana, just a short walk from Jaideep School in the Dahlion Ki Magri area. It gets quite busy around here when school lets out, but mostly it’s just us and the stone. We’ve been at this spot for a while now, keeping the yard filled with marble slabs that come in from the quarries. There is always dust on the boots and the crane is usually running if the power is holding up. People stop by when they are building their houses nearby. Sometimes they just want to look at the patterns in the stone or ask about the different types of white marble we keep in the back. It’s not a fancy place, just a workspace with a lot of heavy lifting. The sun hits the yard pretty hard in the afternoons, so we usually try to get the heavy loading done early in the morning. We have a small office where we keep the paperwork, though most of the day is spent outside checking the stock. If you know the school, you can’t really miss us. We just keep things moving, one truck at a time. The neighborhood has changed a bit over the years but we are still here doing the same thing. It is honest work and the stone doesn't lie about what it is. We just stack it up and wait for the next person to come by and pick what they need for their floors.
