White Rose Computer Solutions is down in the Thoothukudi District. We are at 45/4 Kanthasamipuram Road. It’s a local computer shop, really. We do repairs, sell parts, and help people when their machines act up. The shop is full of old monitors, opened-up towers, and tangled wires. It’s not the cleanest place in the world, but we know where everything is. We started this because we liked taking things apart and putting them back together. Thoothukudi is a hot place, so we have a couple of noisy fans that stay on all day to keep the computers from overheating. People from all over the neighborhood come to us because they know we won't overcharge them for a simple fix. We don't have a big marketing budget or a corporate office in a big city. It’s just us on Kanthasamipuram Road. Sometimes we can't fix a problem right away because we have to wait for a part to come in from Chennai or somewhere else. We just tell people the truth about how long it will take. We don't use any big words or talk about things we can't do. We just want to make sure your computer works so you can get back to what you were doing. It’s a small business and we are proud of it. The road outside can get a bit busy during the day, but it’s usually manageable. We like being part of this community.
