Sahay Racks P Ltd is located at 45/5 in the Pearl Plazza building. We’re right on the ground floor on Devarpuram Road. It’s a handy location for moving big metal racks around, though the parking can be a bit of a nightmare during peak hours. We spend our days dealing with storage solutions, which basically means a lot of heavy lifting and measuring. The showroom—if you want to call it that—is basically just a bunch of our racks set up so people can see how sturdy they are. It’s a bit dusty because of the metal work, but we try to keep it decent. We aren't some massive corporation with a huge budget for decorations. We just have our products and our tools. When a customer walks in, they usually talk to one of us who actually knows how to put the racks together. We’ve had some long days here, especially when a big order needs to be loaded up. The heat on Devarpuram Road can get pretty intense, but the ground floor stays relatively cool. We don't have a script for how we talk to people. We just tell them what will work for their space and what won't. It’s a very practical business. We’ve been here at Pearl Plazza long enough that most of the local shop owners know us by name. It’s just a normal day-to-day operation where we focus on the hardware. We get the job done, and that is usually enough for everyone.
