K. S. Murugan Shipping

Our small office for K. S. Murugan Shipping is tucked away at 97G/5A in Teachers Colony. It is a bit different from being right at the docks, which is actually nice because it is slightly quieter, though the trucks still rumble by fairly often. We spend our time managing shipping routes and trying to keep track of where everything is. It is a lot of phone calls and checking lists. Murugan started this place with just a couple of desks and a basic idea of helping people move their goods without too much trouble. We aren't a giant corporation with glass walls and carpets. Our floors are plain and the walls have maps pinned to them so we can see the ports. Some days are slow and we just sit and drink tea while waiting for updates, but then everything happens at once and it gets frantic. We handle the logistics as they come. People in the colony know us as the shipping guys. We don't do much advertising; most people just find us because they need something moved and heard we were here. It is honest work and it keeps us busy enough. The office gets a lot of light in the morning which is nice, but by noon we have to pull the shades down. We just keep things moving and try to stay out of the way of the bigger messes.
