Shree Electronics

We are over at Shree Electronics, right at number 38. If you know this part of town, you probably know Surthi Restaurant because we are sitting right opposite that place. It is a busy little stretch of road most days. I spend most of my time at the front counter or sitting at the back workbench where the light is a bit better for looking at small parts and gadgets. The shop isn't anything fancy to look at, just a few glass cases and some metal shelves that stay a bit cluttered with boxes and old components we haven't found a permanent home for yet. Sometimes the smell of the food from the restaurant across the way drifts in around lunchtime, which definitely makes it hard to stay focused if I haven't had my own break yet. People come in and out all day, mostly locals who live in the surrounding streets or folks who were just grabbing a meal across the road and noticed our sign. The floor has some scuffs from years of feet walking through and the walls could probably use a new coat of paint one of these days, but it feels right to us. It gets a bit warm in the summer months because the airflow isn't great, but we keep a couple of old fans going to stay cool. Dealing with electronics means there are always wires and tools scattered around. We just try to keep up with the work as it comes in.
