You can find Globalnet Point & Communication at the Kailash Ashrama Building on Jetehalli Main Road. It’s a busy road, so there’s always something going on outside our door. We’ve been here for some time, helping people with their internet and communication needs. It’s not a big corporate hub. Mostly, it’s just a place where people come when their connection is acting up or they need help with some paperwork. We have a few computers and some networking gear sitting around. The space isn't always the tidiest, but we know where everything is. We don't have a fancy mission statement or anything like that. We just open up in the morning and help whoever walks through the door. Some days the internet is slow and we have to deal with frustrated folks, which isn't fun, but we do what we can. We're just regular people trying to run a decent business. We don't spend money on big ads or shiny brochures. Most of our customers are locals who live or work along the main road. It’s a straightforward life. We take our lunch breaks when we can and try to stay on top of the technical changes that happen so fast in this line of work. It’s a lot of tinkering and fixing things. We don't claim to be the biggest, we just do our work and go home to our families at the end of the day.
