We are over here in Tumkur, right near Sadashivanagar. Catalyst Mangement Services Pvt Ltd has been based at this spot on 6th Main for a while now. It's a quiet area mostly, with a lot of trees and houses around. The office is at number 15, Sri Byrava. We handle various management tasks for people who need them. Most of our days are spent at our desks or talking to folks who drop by to see how things are going. We aren't a huge place with hundreds of employees, just a local team doing our bit. It gets busy sometimes, especially in the mornings when everyone arrives and starts sorting through the mail. The 3rd Cross is pretty easy to find once you know where you're going, though first-timers sometimes miss the turn. We’ve seen the neighborhood change a bit over the years, but our building stays pretty much the same. We just try to keep things moving along steadily without making any big fuss. It’s not fancy here, but we have what we need to get the work done. Usually, you’ll find one of us drinking tea and looking over paperwork or checking the computer. We like being part of the community here in Karnataka. If you are walking around Sadashivanagar, you might have passed our building. It's just a regular office setup. We don't do much shouting about what we do, we just focus on the folders and the files in front of us.
