Trandom Designs And Constructions has been operating out of Jayanagara East for a bit now. We are based over at Kempamma Channappa Nivas, right on 1st Main Road here in Tumkur. It is a busy enough street, and most folks around here know where we are. We basically handle two things, the design part and then actually getting the building done. It’s a lot of coordination. Usually, someone comes in with an idea for a house or a small shop, and we sit down to figure out how it can actually work on their plot of land. Tumkur is where we do most of our projects, so we don't have to travel too far most days. The office isn't anything fancy, just a place to keep the tools and the blueprints organized. Sometimes we are out on a site all day and nobody is at the desk, but that is just how construction goes. We try to be honest about how long things take. Building stuff is messy and there are always surprises once you start digging. We’ve had some long days on 1st Main Road trying to get everything sorted out. It’s just how we make a living. We know the local guys who supply the bricks and cement, which helps. If you are looking for us, just head toward Jayanagara East. We are usually around somewhere near the house.
