Our office is at Mathru Krupa in Sharada Devi Nagar. It’s on Belagumba Road over in Tumkur. The full address is 572103. The place belongs to Ramachandra A's son, and that’s where we set up Sobha Developers (P) Ltd. It’s a local spot, nothing too grand. We spend our days here dealing with whatever comes up. The road outside can get a bit dusty when the wind picks up, but that’s just how it is in this part of Karnataka. We don't have a big marketing team or anyone to write fancy descriptions for us. It’s just a few of us in a room with some files and computers. We know the neighbors and they know us. If you are looking for us, just head down Belagumba Road and look for the sign near the house. It feels more like a home than a sterile office building, which we actually prefer. It makes the long hours feel a bit shorter. We don’t have a lot of corporate rules about how to talk or act. We just treat people fairly and get the job done. Sometimes the internet is slow or the power goes out, but we just wait it out and get back to work. It’s a real place with real people. We have a couple of desks that have been here since we opened and they serve us just fine. Life moves at its own pace here in Tumkur, and we are okay with that.
