Priya English School

We are located right on NH 206 in Gubbi, which is part of the Tumkur district. Being on the highway means there's always something moving outside our front doors. Priya English School has been here for a while. It’s a simple building where we teach the local kids from around Gubbi and nearby areas. We aren't a big city school with a huge budget. We do what we can with what we have. The staff here are hard-working people who mostly live nearby. We know most of the parents by their first names. It’s that kind of place. Some days the dust from the road gets everywhere, and we have to keep cleaning the desks, but that’s life on the highway. We don't have a lot of fancy equipment or high-tech labs, but we have classrooms that stay full. We focus on the basics. Every morning we start with the same routine. It can be a bit repetitive, but it’s how things get done. We don't make big promises or use marketing speak. We just open the doors and teach. The kids keep us on our toes, that's for sure. If you're driving through Gubbi on NH 206, you'll see us there. It's a plain, honest school for the community here in Tumkur. We like being a part of this neighborhood. We are just a group of people making sure kids have a place to study and learn.
