Creations Villas & Apartments Private Limited

We've been operating out of Elankam Gardens for a while now. It's a busy spot in Vellayambalam. People know us as the team that handles the apartment stuff around here. We spend a lot of time at our office on E Street, mostly sorting out paperwork or meeting folks who are looking for a place to live. The building is TC 9/2607, right near Sasthamangalam. It’s a nice area to work in, really. Most days involve checking on construction sites or dealing with maintenance calls from the existing units. We don’t have a big fancy lobby, just a practical space where we get things done. Building houses and flats takes a lot of coordination, so there is always someone running in or out. We like being based in this part of town because it’s central for everyone. Sometimes it gets a bit hectic with all the different projects going on at once. We usually have a few different villas we're looking after at any given time. If you are walking down towards the Sasthamangalam post office, you’ll probably pass right by us. We’ve stayed in this location because it’s easy for the locals to find. It’s just us here, making sure the apartments are managed okay and the new builds are moving along. Nothing too complicated about how we work. We just show up and keep things moving for the residents and the company.
