Urbanscape Properties

Our office is located on the Pattom Kowdiar Road in Marappalam. It’s a pretty decent spot and we’ve been here for several years now. Our business is properties, so we spend our days helping people find houses to rent or buy. We also help owners who want to sell their places. It’s a small operation, just a few of us who know the local streets and the people who live here. We don't go in for all those corporate strategies or polished marketing. We just talk to people and try to find a good match between a buyer and a seller. The office is a bit old-fashioned, but it’s comfortable and we always have a chair ready for anyone who drops in. We spend a lot of time walking up and down Pattom Kowdiar Road, checking out new listings and talking to the shopkeepers. We know which areas are quiet and which ones are more active. If you ask us about a building, we can usually tell you its history. We don’t have a fancy website or a lot of employees. It’s just us doing the best we can to help people find a home they like. Sometimes we stay late to finish up paperwork, but mostly we just stick to our regular hours. We aren't trying to be fancy; we just like being part of the Marappalam community. It’s a simple life and we enjoy the work we do.
