You can find us at Kachappilly House in Ramavarmapuram. It’s near the Kuttumukku area in Thrissur. This is where we run Sobha Developers. It’s a family-style setup, honestly. We aren't in a big commercial plaza with glass doors. We work from a house because it makes more sense for us and keeps things simple. Thrissur is a beautiful place, very green, and we like being part of that atmosphere. We do building work and land development. People know the Kachappilly name around here for a long time. We don't spend money on big ads. Most of our work comes from word of mouth. Someone’s uncle tells them about us, and they show up at our gate. It’s very informal. We sit on the porch sometimes to discuss the day’s tasks when the weather is nice. The rain in Kerala can be heavy, so we spend a lot of time making sure our sites are drained properly and things don't wash away. We aren't polished business people. We have mud on our boots most days from being on site. Ramavarmapuram is a quiet spot, which is good for thinking. No mission statements or fancy goals here. We just build things that stay up and make sure the paperwork is right. It’s a small team of us. We’ve been here at the post office area for years.
