Kelath Properties

We are up on the 2Nd Floor of the West Fort Tower on Civil Lane Road. Kelath Properties has been working out of this office for a good bit now. It’s a pretty standard setup with desks, some chairs for visitors, and a lot of property listings pinned up or kept in folders. We spend our days talking to people who want to sell their land or families looking for a new place to stay. It’s a lot of back-and-forth communication. Civil Lane Road is usually buzzing, so there is always something going on outside our window. We don’t try to act like we know everything, but we do know this local market pretty well. We’ve seen prices go up and down over the years. When someone comes in, we just sit down and have a chat about what they are looking for without any of that high-pressure sales talk. It’s just easier that way. Sometimes we’re out of the office showing properties, so the place might be locked up for an hour or two, but someone is usually around. We handle the paperwork and the legal bits which can be tedious, but it’s necessary to get things done right. The tower itself is easy to spot, so finding us isn't usually a problem for folks in the area. We’re just local people helping other local people with their property needs. There isn't much more to it than that.
