Laya Naomi Modern Rice Industries Private Limited

We set up this rice industry over at No.1/167 on the Veeralur Main Road. Being in Kalasapakkam Taluk means we are pretty far out from the big city noise, which we like most of the time. The work here is mostly about processing the paddy that comes in from the local fields. It is a lot of manual labor and keeping a close eye on the drying floors. We have a couple of big sheds where the bags are stacked up high to the ceiling. The road outside can get a bit muddy when it rains, making it tough for the heavy lorries to get in. We don't have a big marketing department or anything like that. It is just us and the machines. Most days are spent checking the quality of the husks and making sure the moisture levels are okay for storage. It is a simple life out here in Venkatampalayam. We know most of the people who pass by our gates on their way to work. Some days the machines act up and we have to spend hours getting things back in order with some basic tools. That is just part of the job when you run a mill in a rural area. We take it one day at a time and try to keep things moving. There is always a lot of dust in the air, but that is what happens when you work with rice all day. We just stay busy and keep the gates open for business. The work is steady and we just keep going.
