Kk Rice Shop

We've been here on New Natham Main Road for a while now. Most people find us by looking for Krishnan Koil since we are right there at the backside of the temple. It’s a busy spot in Thirupalai. Kk Rice Shop is just a regular place where we sell different kinds of rice to the people who live around here. We open up early and stay busy most of the day. There is always a lot of dust from the road but we keep the bags stacked neatly inside. Sometimes people get confused about the exact turn, but once you see the temple, you basically found us. We don't have a big fancy sign or anything, just the shop and the rice. It gets quite hot in the afternoons. Most of our regulars are neighbors who walk over or stop their scooters on the way home. We know a lot of the faces that come through the door. It is a simple business. We just make sure we have enough stock so nobody goes home empty-handed. Some days are slower than others, but that’s just how it is. We like being part of the neighborhood here. If you are heading down New Natham Main Road, you will probably pass us. It isn't a huge place, just enough room for the sacks and a small counter. We've seen the area change over the years but the shop stays mostly the same.
