Nirvapate Agro Pvt. Ltd. operates out of No: 120 on A.R. Street in Janaki Nagar, Valasaravakkam. It’s a bit of a residential area, so it’s quieter than the main roads, which we actually prefer. Our place is mostly filled with bags and samples related to the agricultural work we do. It’s not the kind of office where you’ll see people in suits. We are usually in more comfortable clothes because we’re often moving stock or checking on supplies. The street is narrow, and sometimes it's a bit of a squeeze for the delivery trucks, but we make it work. We’ve been in Valasaravakkam for a while now and have a good relationship with the people living nearby. We don’t have a big marketing budget or a team of salespeople. Most of our work is done through direct calls and visiting farms or suppliers. It’s a hands-on kind of business. We spend a lot of time worrying about weather and crop cycles, which is just the nature of the agro industry. The office is often a bit cluttered with paperwork and samples, but we know where everything is. We aren't looking to become a massive conglomerate. We just want to keep doing our work here on A.R. Street and stay involved in the local agricultural scene. It’s a decent life and it keeps us busy from morning to night. We take each season as it comes and try to keep things moving forward steadily.
