Meena Travels

Our office is over in Ambattur at No 64/8 on North Park Street in Venkatapuram. Ambattur is a busy place with a lot of people working in the factories and offices nearby. We have a simple shopfront where we handle all our travel work. It isn't a very large space, just enough for the desks and a couple of chairs. We spend most of the day coordinating with drivers and making sure everyone has the right details for their trips. Sometimes the street gets flooded when it rains heavily, which makes things a bit difficult, but we usually manage to keep things going. We don't have a big corporate team. It's just a few of us who know the area well. Most of the people who use our services are locals who have been coming to us for years. They know we don't put on any airs. We just tell them what is available and what it will cost. We don't have any flashy posters or expensive furniture. It’s a very practical environment. We focus on the basics of travel, like getting a car on time and making sure the route is clear. Every day is a bit different depending on who walks in or who calls. We just take it as it comes and try to be as helpful as we can without overcomplicating things. It's a modest operation, but it works for us.
