Lakshmi Tours And Travels is based in Ernavur, which is up in the northern part of Chennai. Our office is at No 8/16 on Elango Street in Murugappa Nagar. If you are coming our way, we are quite close to the Lucky Eye Care Hospital. It’s a quiet residential neighborhood for the most part, away from the main city rush. We started this travel business because we realized people in Ernavur had to go quite far to find a reliable travel agent. We handle all sorts of tour bookings and vehicle rentals. It’s a small team here, mostly just family and a couple of friends who help out. We’ve lived in this area for a long time, so we know most of our customers by their faces if not their names. The office isn't anything fancy, just a room with some maps and a computer, but it serves our purpose. We try to be very clear with people about what a trip will cost and how long it will take. We don’t like any hidden charges or confusing talk. It’s just about getting people from one place to another without any hassle. Sometimes we are out on the field, but usually, someone is at the office on Elango Street to answer questions. We’ve been growing slowly but steadily just by being consistent with our work every day. It feels good to be a part of the Ernavur community and help out our local neighbors. It keeps us busy.
