Mahadev International

Mahadev International is located at No 47 in the Sidco Industrial Estate out in Ambattur. Being in an industrial estate means there are factories and workshops all around us. There is always the sound of machinery or metal hitting metal coming from somewhere nearby. Our unit is just a plain building with a big door for loading things in and out. It gets quite hot in Ambattur during the summer, so we keep the big fans running all day long to stay cool. We deal with international trade and various goods that come through here. The space is mostly filled with crates and packing materials. We don’t have a receptionist or a waiting room, just an office area where we do the paperwork. We usually wear old clothes because things tend to get a bit greasy or dusty. Most of our day is spent checking manifests or making sure the trucks are loaded correctly. The roads inside the estate are a bit bumpy with some potholes here and there. We’ve been at this location for a good bit of time and the neighbors are all hardworking people. It’s a gritty area but we fit right in with the other businesses. We just focus on our own tasks and keep the shipments moving. It’s a simple setup but it works for the kind of stuff we do.
