Smart Computers

The shop, Smart Computers, is located in the Kadampuzha area, specifically over in Pilathara at the Chelakal building. It’s a fairly quiet spot, which is nice when you’re trying to concentrate on a tricky motherboard repair. We’ve got a workbench that’s seen better days, covered in tiny screws and half-disassembled laptops. People from around Kadampuzha usually drop by when their home PC starts acting sluggish or they need some basic software reinstalled. We don't have a big corporate team, just a couple of us who know our way around a computer case. The shelves are mostly filled with old monitors, some spare keyboards, and boxes of cables that we really should organize better one of these days. It’s a local business, so we know most of the faces that walk through the door. Sometimes we’re just chatting about the latest gadgets while we wait for a virus scan to finish. We don’t put on airs here; it’s just a place to get your tech fixed without any fuss. The lighting inside could probably be a bit brighter, but it works for what we do. If you’re driving through Pilathara, you might miss us if you’re not looking, but we’ve been here long enough that most locals know the way. We keep the doors open during the day and usually have some tea going in the back while we wait for the next person to come by.
