Our little setup is located at 247 Cheran Nagar, over in the Pallakatupudhur area. It is a quiet enough place most of the time, which is good for the kind of work we do. We handle imports and various tech services, mostly dealing with gadgets and parts that come from outside the immediate area. It can be a bit of a mess sometimes with all the boxes arriving and having to sort through everything to make sure it is all there. We are not a big corporation with hundreds of employees; it is just a few of us here making sure things run the way they are supposed to. Some days are slow and we just sit around drinking tea and checking the inventory, but other days we are swamped with technical issues that take all night to figure out. We don’t have any big signs or fancy brochures to hand out. Most people find us because a neighbor told them we could help with their tech stuff or because they live right here in Cheran Nagar. We try to be straightforward about what we can do and how long it will take. Importing things can be a headache with all the paperwork and delays, but we’ve gotten the hang of it over the years. We just like working with gadgets and helping people get their tech working again. It’s a simple business, really, and we’re happy just keeping it that way without making things too complicated for ourselves or the customers.
