Arasu Traders

Arasu Traders is found at 3/16 in the Murugesh Complex. We are right by the SRC Mill bus stop, so we hear the buses pulling in and out all day long. It is a convenient spot for people to find us since the bus stop is a major landmark. The complex itself is always full of activity with different shops and people coming and going. Our space is filled with whatever stock we are moving at the time, sometimes it gets a bit cramped when a new shipment arrives. We don't have fancy displays or anything like that. It is just a place where we do our trading and talk to our customers. Most of our day is spent checking ledgers, talking to drivers, and making sure the inventory is correct. The light in the complex isn't the best, so we have a few extra lamps around the desks. It feels like a small community here with the other shop owners. We often share a tea or talk about how the trade is going that week. It is a simple, no-nonsense way of doing business. We start when the shops around us open and stay until the evening rush at the bus stop dies down. It is not a corporate life, just a regular job in a busy part of the neighborhood. We just keep things moving and try to stay organized.
