Sri Vari Importz & Exportz

We run Sri Vari Importz & Exportz out of 1/439 Laxmi Nagar Thottathu Palayam. It's a quiet area mostly, away from the main city noise. We deal with stuff coming in and going out, which means a lot of coordination between different parties. I spend a lot of time on the phone or checking emails to track things. The office isn't much to look at, but it works for what we need to get done. Sometimes things get backed up at the port, and we just have to wait around, which is frustrating but part of the life. We just try to keep things moving as best as we can. My commute isn't too bad, which is a big plus for me. We’ve been at this address for a while now. The building is sturdy and keeps the inventory dry, which is the main thing we care about. We don’t have a marketing team or anyone like that, it’s just us handling the day-to-day chores. If a shipment is late, we just deal with it and move on. We don’t use any special software, just spreadsheets and old notebooks. It’s a bit old-fashioned I guess, but it works. People in Thottathu Palayam know where to find us if they need anything. Most of the time it’s just the sound of the fans and the tapping on the keyboards. We try to keep things simple and not overcomplicate the whole process.
