Sagar Impex

Kombai Thotam is where we are based. It is a bit different from the busy city centers because things are a little slower here. Sagar Impex has been running out of this spot for a while now. We don't have a big fancy office building, just a practical space that works for what we do. In the mornings, you can hear the birds because there are still quite a few trees around the thotam area. It’s a nice change from the constant honking you get on the main roads. We spend most of our time dealing with shipments and making sure the stock is where it needs to be. Sometimes the internet acts up when there’s a bit of rain, which is a nuisance, but we manage. My brother helps with the ledger and we have a couple of guys who come in to help with the heavy lifting. The floor is concrete and we have these old steel cupboards that have been here since we started. It’s not the kind of place where people wear suits. We usually just wear whatever is comfortable for the weather. People know us in the neighborhood, and we often stop to talk to the local shopkeepers when we go out for lunch. It’s just a regular small business trying to get things done without making a big fuss about it. We stay busy with the paperwork and the parcels, making sure everything is in order before the day ends.
