The Fancier Exim

We are tucked away on 1st Street in Amarjothi Mullai Nagar, over in the Nallur area. The Fancier Exim is basically a small group of us working out of a modest building at No. 2. Most days start early before the heat really kicks in. We spend a lot of our time looking at manifests and talking to the people who handle our transport. The office is usually a bit of a mess with various samples and packing materials lying around, but it is a productive kind of mess. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that; it’s just us answering the phones and keeping track of the inventory. Nallur is a decent place to be based, though the streets in Mullai Nagar can be a bit narrow for the bigger trucks. We’ve had to learn how to coordinate things carefully to avoid blocking the neighbors. Our desks are covered in notebooks and sticky notes because that’s how we keep everything straight. It isn't a high-tech operation, just some reliable people doing a job they know well. We take pride in just being reliable and showing up every day to do the work. There aren't many bells and whistles here, just the sound of the ceiling fan and the occasional truck backing in. We like the local feel of the area and the fact that we can just be ourselves while we work.
