Our place is located at 2/119 on the Pollachi Main Road, right in the Kanjampatti area. It is a spot that stays pretty active because of all the trucks and cars heading down the main road all day. We have been operating out of this facility for a while now, focusing on the food tech side of things. It is not like those big corporate offices you see in the city; it is more of a practical workspace where we get things done. We have a team of local people who come in every morning. Some live right here in Kanjampatti and others commute a bit. Inside, it is mostly about the machinery and making sure everything is running like it should. We do not spend much on advertisements or big signs. Usually, people find us because they know the area or have been told where we are. The wind blows across the road and brings a lot of dust into the yard, so we are always cleaning. Kanjampatti is a quiet village otherwise, but the main road keeps us connected to the bigger towns. The building itself is straightforward, nothing too special to look at from the outside. We spend our hours checking the batches and making sure the food processing steps are followed correctly. It can get a bit loud when everything is switched on, but that is part of the job. We take our breaks together and talk about the local news. It is just a steady life here on the edge of the road.
