Suvai Condiments Company

We are located at 1/147 on Eastcar Street in Sulakkal. Being on Eastcar Street means we are right near the heart of the village. Suvai Condiments Company is a small operation. We make things the way people around here like them. There is always the smell of roasting spices or mustard seeds popping in the kitchen area. It is a family-run kind of place. We do not have a big factory with machines. Much of what we do is still done by hand or with small grinders. You can hear the sounds of the street outside, children playing or people going to the temple. We do not have a marketing manager. We just sell to the local shops and some people who know us from nearby towns. The floors are stone and we keep everything as clean as we can. We use old recipes that have not changed much over the years. We do not have fancy packaging with gold foil, just plain bags and jars that do the job. Sometimes we run out of stock because a certain ingredient was not good at the market. We do not compromise on that. People in Sulakkal know us by name and we know them. It is a quiet life but we stay busy enough to keep the lights on and the jars full. We just do things the old way.
